The Catnic CX90/100 Extra Heavy Duty Cavity Wall Lintel 1200mm is a structural steel lintel engineered for use in 90–105 mm cavity wall construction where high load-bearing performance is required. This extra heavy-duty lintel supports masonry, timber floor and roof loads while providing a continuous support profile that allows inner and outer leaves to be built up seamlessly. It incorporates integral insulation and a built-in damp proof course (DPC) to help reduce thermal bridging and prevent moisture ingress. The lintel also features an integral plaster key for secure finishing. Manufactured from galvanised steel with corrosion-resistant coating, it is suitable for fair-faced inner leaf masonry and demanding structural applications.
