20 mm Celotex TB4020 PIR insulation board is a rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) board measuring 2400 mm × 1200 mm, designed for a wide range of building applications including floors, walls, roofs and ceilings. Its rigid foam core is foil-faced on both sides, offering excellent thermal performance with a thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/m·K, enabling effective insulation even in thin layers. The board is lightweight, easy to handle and simple to cut to size, making it suitable for retrofit or new build projects where space is limited or a slim insulation layer is required. Its versatility supports use in suspended timber floors, solid slabs, masonry walls, timber or steel framed systems, pitched or flat roofs, and other structural elements.
