Dulux Trade Vinyl Matt Emulsion is a professional-grade interior emulsion paint designed for decorating walls and ceilings. The vinyl matt finish leaves a flat, non-reflective surface and helps hide minor imperfections. Dulux Trade vinyl matt emulsion is made from a water-based formula that has a low odour during use and makes tools easier to clean afterwards. It’s also quick-drying and can be painted over in about 2–4 hours.
