Most wood glues set within 30 minutes to 1 hour. Full curing can take up to 24 hours, depending on temperature, humidity, and product type.

2. Can wood glue be used outdoors?

Yes, but it must be rated for exterior use. Look for 'exterior wood glue' or 'external wood glue' labelling to be sure it’s weather resistant.

3. What’s the difference between PVA and polyurethane wood glue?

PVA is water-based and easy to clean, ideal for interior work. Polyurethane is stronger and waterproof, suitable for heavy-duty or outdoor joins.
