The Catnic CH90/100 Heavy Duty Cavity Wall Lintel 2400mm is a structural steel lintel engineered for strong load-bearing performance in 90–105 mm cavity wall construction. It features an open back profile that allows continuous masonry build-up on both inner and outer leaves, and is supplied with integrated insulation, built-in damp proof course (DPC) and an integral plaster key to simplify installation and finish. Manufactured from galvanised steel with corrosion protection, this heavy duty lintel supports uniform distribution of masonry, timber floor and roof loads while helping reduce cold bridging. Its length of 2400 mm makes it suitable for larger cavity wall openings in residential and light commercial builds.
